Comic presented as a final project in the university:
A 14 pages comic about the life of Vincent Van Gogh. It is narrated through his own letters to his brother Theo (this is why you see many black spaces here), and also with the posterior thoughts about Van Gogh written back in 1947 by Antonin Artaud (extra points to anyone who know this guy Both texts combined give an interesting combination of points of view about the painter. I tried to use some of the characteristics of Van Gogh's painting in the graphic style of the comic, I hope you manage to recognize it (but I wasn't trying to imitate his style: trying to imitate Van Gogh would have been too much for me, like a lack of respect to his memory By the way, I did this comic in a period of 14 days: That is, 14 pages in color, DIN A3 sized, and the whole text of the pages (that was pretty much text Here you have the first 4 pages. I'll post some more. Hope you enjoy!! Daily DeviationGiven 2008-07-07"Suicide Letters" Pg. 1-4 by ~Zuthell 4 pages of a beautifully painted comic about Vincent VanGogh. Pues sí, espero haber conseguido transmitir esa sensacion con el grafismo... Fue muy divertido experimentar para intentar hacer ese "término medio" entre su color y el mío
Gracias!!
